A dark silhouette of a large horse appeared in a small band of trees, unnoticed by anyone who walked by. Murasaki was in a bad mood today because a young foal had laughed at her when she had had one of her emotional break-downs, and she had chased that annoying little bugger within an inch of his life but another flashback had stopped her, and had let the scared foal get away. Mura stepped out of her hiding and walked down slowly to the cool clear water of the lake, hoping to go unnoticed, but secretly she wanted some stallion to come find her and finally have a good, safe, home.

Phantom was just wondering around headed for the lake. When he reached the clearing of the Lake he pulled back into the bushes when he saw a figure in the water. It was a mare, and a mare he had never met before. Then again he had only been living her for a few weeks. He stood in the bushes watching the dark mare wade into the water, the moon glowing on her dark silhouette she was quite and extraodinary sight. But Phantom was less than impressed. His glacier blue eyes continued to watch but his feet moved him into the open where she could see him. He stayed silent and moved closer and closer to the waters edge.

Mura's black ears flicked back and caught the sounds of another horse. A stallion. She whirled around. "Who are you, and what do you want? she demanded. She lept out of the water and walked up to the stallion cautiously. Her large black body gleamed in the moonlight as she walked up to him, her dark eyes peering out from behind her silky thick forelock.

Phantom threw back his head how dare this mare speak to him in that tone. A scowl set on his face and he snorted. "I'm Phantom. And i was just coming to get a drink. Cool your jets." His tone was slightly sarcastice and joking. He watched her pull herself from the water Her dark silhoette shown in the dark. She wasn't half bad looking but Phantom wasn't looking to start a herd he just wanted to escape the Humans.

Mura's ears went back flat against her head. She wasn't a mare to be angered, or to be joked with. This horse had no sense of humor. "Whatever." she said, then turning abrubtly and cantered away, her black tail flowing behind her, flowing like water in a brook.

Phantom whatched the mare get angry and raised his eyebrows wow isn't someone full of themsleves he wanted to say. But instead he let her run off and ignored her. He moved easily over to the lake and waded in. It felt good despite the time of year. He felt relaxed and began to drink. Keeping his ears and eyes moving at all times to watch his surroundings.

Halting in a small band of trees, hidden well in the shadows, Mura watched the stallion ease himself into the lake, laughing inside about how easily he had been fooled by her leaving. A playfull glint in her eye, she slowly edged towards the stud in the lake, then when she was right behind him, she bumped him playfully with her muzzle, then launched her large body into the water, creating a huge splash. "Hello!" she said trying to control her giggles.

He jumped slightly as she bumped into him and he picked his head up intime for her to splash in. He raised his eyebrows and gave her a questioning look. He snorted at her playfulness then lowered his head again to drink some more. He wasn't easily scared after being raced and such.
