Devin walked through all the tree's and bushes shoving them out of his way he was on a mission to find his horse. He tromsed through everything and headed down a steep hill. He stopped and looked over his shoulder to see if Camille had managed to keep up with him. To his suprise him and Camille got along from the begining and had been together since they met. Which was odd since they were guys.

Camille jogged after Devin. He knew that Katman would be here, where else would he go? He'd only seen Katman once so he wasn't exactly sure of what he looked like.

Devin headed down the rocky slope where the previous day they saw horses. Then up the other side. He walked a little over the hill to see wild horses grazing. They all looked so beautiful and peaceful. He searched the group then wispherd to Camille. "He is all dark bay almost black and almost around 15.3 or so." He kept looking through the horses there wasn't that many just a few but they were wild for sure.
Then sun was high in the sky by now and beatin down somthing feirce. He was begining to sweat. He wipped his forhead with the back of his hand. He had the halter and lead rope gripped tightly in hand.
{Open for anyones wild horse.}

Camille smiled broadly as the horses came into view. He looked around, searching for a dark bay horse. "ok!" he whispered to Devin.
*********
Death Kisser lifted his head. There was a new scent on the wind. A scent all too farmiliar. Humans! his mind screamed at him. He looked around to try to find them. There. There they were on the hill. With a lead rope and halter in their hands? Did they want to catch a horse? We shall go and seee... Death Kisser picked up a slow trot, his heavy body aching as he moved.
As he came closer to the humans he slowed to a walk. He stopped when he was standing a meter or so away from them. He whipped his head around and bit his back hard where a fly had previously been. He missed the fly but he shivered in delight as the pain came seering through him.

Devin almost jumped as the stallion came closer he had spotted them what would he do? He tried to stay as still as possible but he was worried that he would get trampled by this ferocious animal. ******* Katman trotted through all the horses like he had been wild his whole life. He caught there scent and looked in there direction noticing the other stallion that was near them. He knew his time was up freedom, surely as it came, was leaving his sights. He nickered and got all studly and said his farwells to the surrounding horses. He trotted around the group for a while then. Trotted to where the other stallion was.
Katman looked absolutely gorgeous in the wild. With his mane tousled and his coat shining in the sun. He was like the Black Stallion. He held his tail high as well as his head with his ears perked.

Camille laughed as the stallion came up. He put his hand out for the horse to sniff. "I think he want's us to catch him!" he told Devin in a hushed voice. He smiled as Katman came trotting up. "I think he does too!" he said.
********
Death Kisser saw the outsretched hand. He sniffed it politely before stepping back. Why wern't they trying to catch him? He shook his mane, purposly letting it whip at his eyes. When he was done another horse had approached. Another stallion. "Are these your humans?" he asked discusted. He wanted to be hurt, he wanted to feel pain. And yet these humans were standing in front of him, waiting for another horse.
His first thoughts were to leave but then a clever plan came to his brain. He elegantly stepped forward towards the human with the halter and lead, sniffing his hand. Then, quick as lightning he snatched the lead rope from his hands and started prancing around with it in his mouth. We'll see who's laughing now!

Devin groaned as he saw the other stallion take off with the lead. "Smooth." But it wasn't harsh or like o great it. In fact he laughed after he said it. Then he spotted Katman. "Katman come here boy." He clucked with his tungue and stood up stepping closer to him.
*************
Katman watched the other stallion play around. "Yes that one is" He said pointing his nose in Devin's direction. As Devin stood up and walked towards him he took a step forward showing his willingness to go home. He was ready he had had his fun and now time was up. He nickered to Devin and walked all the way up to him.

Death Kisser danced around happily with the lead rope in his mouth. At the other stallion's comment he let out a dissapointed sigh. Oh well, next time. He walked up to the red human and nudged him hard in the chest with his nose. Maybe this one would catch him...?
*******
Camille laughed as the stallion pranced around with Devin's lead rope. He looked at Katman, his eyes sparkling. He smiled as Katman walked surely up to Devin. "I guess he's had enough of this wilderness!" he said, laughing softly.
His gaze returned to the black stallion as he walked up to him. A laugh escaped his lips as he was pushed backwards. "Looks like this one wants some attention too!" he said to Devin. He took the lead rope from the stallion's mouth and handed it back to Devin, petting the horse's face.

Devin smiled at Camille he seemed to enjoy the stallion. He laughed and tossed the rope back to Camille. "You'll need it more than me." he said as he moved closer to Katman, grabbed his man in his hand and hoisted himself up on his back.
************ Katman stood still as Devin mounted. He was happy to have a rider again it felt good. Though he wasn't used to bareback.

Camille laughed as Devin threw him the lead rope. "I guess I could try!" he said, walking over to the stallion. He grabbed his mane and leapt onto his back. When he was upright he looked at Devin and shrugged, a smile on his face. He still had the lead rope in his hand, just incase.
***************
Death Kisser looked slyly at the other stallion. "What's your name?" he asked in a rude-like tone. His attention turned to the human. He had a lead rope in his hand. Was he going to whip him? Just the thought made him shiver. He longed for pain. Easy, man-made pain. He bit at a fly, and again missed. His eyes danced as the pain went rushing through him.
Thumph. The human was on his back. He almost reared in happiness but then he had a less chance of being kept. He stood balanced, so that the human would be comfertable on his back. He waited for a signal. Any signal. But while waiting his brain worked too fast. He would go slower than the other stallion so that the human would have to hurt him to go faster.

((OMG Camille is crazy friendly or not i would never jump onto a wild stallions back with out putting the lead rope on)) Devin stared at Camille with wild eyes. "Um Camille when i tossed you the lead rope and halter i expected you to put it on him not put yourself on him. Are you Crazy!?" His voice was quiet but he could feel and sense the nerves. He thought Camille was crazy no way would that stallion behave himself unless he was seriously twisted. ********** Katman stood patiently and at the other stallions question answer with a highly prized professional voice. "I'm Katman Bay but most call me Kat or Katman." He gave a cool look for a was much of a smiler but a relax regal king like stallion. Whom really did diserve the best after all the titles he has won.

((Oh, I hadn't noticed that Devin had passed him the halter too...oh well!))
Camille laughed. The stallion hadn't killed him so far, so that was good! "Well, it's faster than walking, and besides if the horse hadn't been handled before he wouldn't be so comfertable about humans. Plus, I have no intention of keeping him, I like the smaller agile ones better." He told Devin, a smile on his face. His seat was light on the stallions back and his hands were gently resting on the mane; just incase he needed to hold on. He took one look at Devin, one look at the trail and squeezed the horse's sides.
*********
Death Kisser waited patiently while the human sat on his back. His muscles were bulging, ready to spring forward if need be. He could almost feel the whip on his back, the heels in his sides and oh, they would feel soo good! He felt the human's hands on his mane and pulled down, so as to make the human pull his hair. He let his neck stay that way for a few moments before putting it back up.
He looked at the other stallion, a gleam in his eye. "I'm Death Kisser, but you can call me death!" he said, a sly smile painted on his lips. He felt the human squeeze his sides. It felt so good that he almost forgot that he was supposed to respond. He took a step forward, to show that he was trained just unwilling.

Devin shrudged his shoulders. "Ok then well lets hit the road then." he squessed Kat's side and clucked with his tongue and katman moved along at a nice collected walk. Devin looked behind him. "Let me know if anything goes wrong." He grinned and shook his head to get his hair out of his face. ********** Katman snorted and moved along happy to be with his master again. "Nice to meet you death. you'll like it back at the ranch the stalls are nice and so are the pastures." He grinned and turned back to the trail.

Camille looked down at the stallion. Obviously this horse was a bit slow. Odd though, since he seemed fast enough. He had always wanted to do like they do at rodeos. Kick hard and scream! So, why not now? It wasn't like the horse was any sensetive...at least I don't think so. So he gave it a shot. He kicked the horse hard; so what if he got thrown? And he gave a whip or two too. He bent down low on tha stallions back, waiting for a buck or a canter; either one.
******
Death Kisser smiled smugly at the stallion. He really didn't like him. Oh well! At least the other stallion thought that he would be kept; which was a good thing. He felt the human bunch up his muscles and he waited for the pain. He screamed in deleight as he felt the pain run through him. He took off at a gallop, nearly crashing into 'Katman' as he slid to a stop. He shook his mane, hoping that the human had kept his balance.

Devin whipped around when her heard camille whip the stallion. His eyes full of shock as the stallion came running towards them he turned katman around to keep him calm then glared at Camille. "What the hell was that?" His voice staying calm more interested in if camille was trying to kill himself. or what. But devin still had a grin on his face he was a little shocked but he was catching on to what the idea was.
*************
Katman swirved around in time to move out of the way. He looked up at the stallion. "I'm bored you wannna race? I know the way to the ranch and the humans know how to stay one, so what do you say?" Katman usually was well behaved but he really wanted to have a little more of a faster pace. He pranced in place ready to run if the other horse agreed.

Camille laughed as the stallion broke into a run. He liked the creatures spirit, very lively. He looked at Devin, a sly grin on his face. "I like this horse!" he said, completely ignoring Devin's question. "Wanna race?" he asked. He wanted to feel the wind in his hair, the breeze on his neck.
*********
Death Kisser grinned at the stallion. "Sure, but I'll win for sure. I'm a thoroughbred, the fastest kind of horse!" he bragged. He would win, he would make sure of it.

Devin laughed sure as soon as he spoke he clucked and kick sending katman into a full on gallop. Yelling "Your on"
********
"I wouldn't be so sure about your breed considering a thoroughbred comes from arabians." He took off like lightning though he was little he was one of the fastest horses around. Weaving through tree's and bushes he came to the rocky him slowing down but not by much. Being an endurance horse he learned how to handle turrain easily and fast.

Camille laughed and kicked the stallion into a gallop, whispering encouragement to the horse.
******
Death Kisser didn't even wait for the human's kicks. He was already into a full gallop before he felt them. He raced after Katman, only looking at the ground in front of him, not even noticing how far or close the other stallion was. When they reached a clearing Death bounded ahead, passing Katman. They were on a narrow trail now, one he was un-farmiliar with. He hoped for the human's signals; surely he knew where they were going?

Devin was fully focused on his horse he knew katman knew what he was doing and trusted him completely.
**** In no time at all he was already right passing death on the right he knew where to go and needn't wait for directions. ZGoing full blast now he zoomed through the underbrush going almost his full speed.

Camille looked up, realizing that he needed to give directions. Still sitting low on the stallions back he gave simple directions, using his legs and hands.
*****
Death Kisser nipped the other stallion as he passed him. He continued to gallop; slower now through the trail. He knew that he still had time to regain his strength and out-sprint Katman. The bay stallion was going full speed, and they still had a while to go. he's going to tire soon... Death Kisser obediantly took the directions given by the human. His human. Almost. Death dodged a protruding root, missing it's pain.
